Why we're building this
We live in the UAE, and every summer we watch the same thing happen. The workers building our cities, the riders delivering our food and the people with medical conditions that make heat dangerous all carry on in temperatures most of us avoid by staying indoors.
Liquid cooling garments have kept astronauts, racing drivers and military crews cool for decades, but they've always been too expensive and too bulky for everyday life. We started Thermo to change that: a personal cooling system that's small, affordable and designed for the desert heat.
